The 2026 Whitney Biennial, the 82nd edition of the longest-running survey of American art, ran at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York from 8 March to 23 August 2026.
Curated by Drew Sawyer and Marcela Guerrero, it gathered 56 artists — a geographically diverse, majority-millennial cohort — around questions of family, technology and geopolitical entanglement.
